Day Tour’s and Transport booking must be made at least 24 hours before the date and time of the event.
Overnight Stay’s booking must be made at least 72 hours before the date and time of the event as it is subject to availability and it requires special arrangement in advanced. Booking confirmation for this package will be sent within 24 to 48 hours.
You may request to cancel your booking a full refund, up to 48 hours before the date and time of the event.
Cancellation requests made between 24-48 hours before the event may transferred to a different date/time of the same tour package.
Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the tour date/time may not receive a refund nor a transfer.
