Cook your own organic balinese urab, probiotic chicken satay, and pepes with the Mana Kitchen team. You will use ingredients from Mana’s permaculture garden and local organic suppliers. This is a two-hour workshop.

- Workshop: Traditional Herbal Jamu
Brew some Jamu Beras kencur, a traditional herbal Balinese drink, using the ingredients
from Mana’s own permaculture garden. This is a one-hour workshop.

- Meditation Walk Around the Paddy Fields
End your day with a walk around the farmlands surrounding Mana, and experience Ubud’s slow living and serenity. Contribute to the environment and Mana’s recycling efforts with Bali Eco Recycling by collecting trash you find along the way back.
